Thanked: 0Hi from East Kilbride
Hi, I'm a newbie to straight shaving. Waiting my first cheap Enzo razor to come in the post. The reason I found this site was to find a review for it. At the moment I am a user of D.E. and S.E. razors. Have about 30 +. Stopped counting. From vintage to new but this is a new istep into the wild for me. As long as I don't cut my ear off or something else stupid.

If you can, return the razor for a full refund. It will not give you a shave that is comparable to one with a quality blade. In fact, you're not even the first today that I advise to get rid of their first purchase, and I am sorry for you that you've spent money on something that is not worth it.
Take a look at the classifieds here. Most of the razors on sale are shave-ready, which is a definite must if you just start out shaving with a straight razor. Unless it is hand-honed, it is not shave-ready. I strongly recommend not buying cheap eBay razors until you're familiar with quality brand names and what to look for.I want a lather whip

Geek[/QUOTE Yes Sir, You are spot on with your geography. It is East Kilbride, Scotland. I omitted this because of no reason whatever. Where is your fixed abode? If you don't mind me asking…

Thanked: 227I hail from the wonderous Glasgow but am currently taking up space somewhere between there and Edinburgh. Just outside Linlithgow.
