    Default Long-time lurker from SC

    Hello everyone. I am a long-time forum lurker. I have been wet-shaving since 2011, after giving up on electrics and getting tired of buying $5 cartridge blade. I am currently using a Merkur DE until I get around to sharpening my 2 Dovo straights. Probably my favorite purchase has been the Georgetown Pottery scuttle.

    Thanks for all the help so far--getting into this game took a lot of learning.

    Hi. From the de and wet shaving you should have a lot of the basics in the bag. Get those Sr sharp and have a crack. Should be easier for you than the newbies. Ed
