    Default New Guy in Montana

    Hello
    I am completely new to SR. I am a retired machinist and I do know tool steels and grinding. I have been lurking on this forum for a few days. I am overwhelmed with the information. I am very impressed with the civil behavior of forum users. I have seen some forums where dog eat dog is the norm. I have purchased today a Dovo from SRD. It is a 6/8 model 236 Bismarck. Hopefully I will learn to use it. I am sure I will have questions.

    There is a pretty active bunch of SR users in the area in fact we have a couple of Meets each year, you just missed this year's Fall Spokane meet
