was interested earlier this year in the straight razor experience. since there are no barber shops where i live that do straight shaves, i had to figure it out myself.
was gifted a wilkinson sword shavette and some shaving soap and preshave items, which got me started.
i got a new timor blade to shave with. i've heard bit of bum reviews on that blade, but its been a dream.
also have a de-pews on the way, so we'll see how that compares.
i'm not the type of guy to lay down tons of posts, but i do like to contribute every now and again.

Welcome to SRP. Lots of good information on the site Library and a lot of very knowledgable folks as well. Please don't be afraid to ask questions. It can be a bit daunting, but it's well worth it.

Oddly enough there is quite a bit of straight razor users and supplies in Victoria.
