Welcome to SRP Hacker7. AndrewJM is spot on! Read the wikis in the beginners area. And ask any and every question. As someone once said the only stupid question is the one not asked. We all like to share what ever knowledge about this daily "ritual suicide shaving" we do. Besides the razor do you have a brush, soap/cream, strop and balm/aftershave. Many places to acquire those from and all reputable dealers. If you are on a budget (who isn't?) we can recommend a number of sites. BUT, until you have a good understanding about razors, please stay off of eBay. A lot of deceptive quality abounds there for the unwary.

Welcome again and read and ask, read and ask!

Hi and welcome. So many of us get stung buying from eBay in the beginning. In the wiki is a list of razors to avoid. The classifieds are a great place to pick up a quality razor at a reasonable price and you know it will come shave ready. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Ed

Yes it's unfortunate if you have a penny threre is somebody who wants it. Have picked up a few decent razors from ebay. Threre are some purist like Cedric Smythe out there. It's funny that a bad razor got me going on this. So you never know. Thanks
