    Default Hello from Cleveland, Ohio...

    I am new to this straight razor world.... and I am eager to learn. I decided down this road because I wanted something for me. I wanted to spend time on me. I try to eat healthy, I workout, very active outdoors... and I started to think that I wanted to spoil myself a little bit. I support tradition, and would like to pass it on.
    Some of my other hobbies are.... annual fishing trips to Ontario or Quebec, woodworking, cabinets, picture frames, boxes, etc, I restore old Stanley hand planes... ( I have a full line of Norton stones)...and beer, making it and drinking it! Last but not least...I enjoy riding my 1998 Harley Davidson Wide Glide.

    I am looking forward to this new experience.

    If you're looking to spend some time on yourself while preserving a tradition, I think you're in the right place.

    As has been said, there is a TON of info on the site - both in the Library (aka the Wiki) and in the forum itself. nd of course if and when you have questions, ask away!
