I can't help you identify it - sorry man. Not my thing. But considering the razor has been in the family for a while (I assume from your post); when it comes to restoring it, I wouldn't use this one to learn on. It's really not that hard to restore - very hard to restore it well though... especially if you want to keep the scales (handles).
There is a section here for member services - there are a few gents that'll do a great job, and some that'll do a fantastic job. Ask around if that's what you intend to do.
So... though I can't help you with the history of the blades manufacture - can you speak more to who in your family used it? I mean I get you found it at dad's, but did dad use it? Granddad?
If you decide to put it away until you figure out what to do with it - I would recommend you oil it up a bit.David

Hi and welcome. Can't read what's written on the tang from the pics but if it has names search for them. If you post what's written that would help. Looks like it should clean up nicely and shave well. Most blades I've seen with the hamburg ring on it were good.
