Thread: Greetings from Denmark

Hi every one. Purchase my first straight razor 3 months ago, a Mühle and suddenly shaving was all fun. So immediately i bought a used no name Solingen, it really pretty but it can't shave, I tried to hone it with a wet stone and stop paste but nothing helps. Instead I bought a used Filarmonica on ebay, when it arrived it was rusty on the gold plated side, and in that occasion I been lurking on this site, and now I decided to join in.
4 days ago my Theirs Issard Spartacus arrived, I haven't tried it yet, and I try and wait as long as I can. It's like Christmas in April

Hi and welcome. It's pretty easy to shoot your self in the foot on ebay when starting out. Post some pics of the razors and we can give some advice on how to get them shaving or if it's even worth while. Good luck with your shaves and any questions feel free to ask
