Stocks of razors are extremely depleted these days as there are many new enthusiasts that are jumping into market for them. As for how frequently SRD replenishes their stock, I am not able to answer that. You could give them a call or send them a message. The number you're asking about is simply a model number. For your purposes, look for the characteristics you want in a razor and don't worry much about the model number.

As you can see from the pic, half hollow blades are much stiffer and heavier because they are not ground a thoroughly as full hollow. It will be a preference thing that you'll need to explore yourself.

I will interject my .02 if you don't mind.

If you like the Revisor's and they are in your budget get what fancies you.
A modest point is good to consider but a true spike will teach you some things a bit quicker
A well cared for quality razor can be sold without a big loss if you find the sport is not for you.
Learning to maintain the razor will be as paramount to success as quality gear will be.
Technique comes with time and patience, time with an experienced shaver hands on can shorten that time exponentially.
If you can reach out do it.

The different styles and grinds can give a different experience,
but you will not be able to really judge what you like until you have mastered the basics.
So here we can refer back to my point of quality well cared for razors can be sold without a big loss
this is if you choose to try others and eventually sell off those that are not your sweethearts.
