Thanked: 0New from Texas
Hello, everbody.
My name is Brandon Hernandez, I'm was born in San Antonio. Moved to the middle of nowhere shortly after, and decided to join the military.
I've eyed this site for quite awhile, but couldn't get around to it thanks to my uncertain schedule, but leave is upon us. So now I have a lot of time on my hands.
Great to be here, and I hope to learn a lot from you guys.

Best of Welcomes, Brandon, You have some things really good going for you. Texas is just THICK with very highly skilled guys. You might want to post a thread asking for experienced users in your area. Getting together w/ them would really speed up the learning curve, and you'll likely find the guys very cool to hang with. 'Hope you enjoy your time here. Let me know if I can be of help.

Welcome to SRP, Brandon! I second pinklather's suggestion to keep your eyes open for a local meet-up. You will learn so much so fast. Very worthwhile.
