Is my German that bad. I think I meant to say "razor enthusiasts" and got confused on "enthusiasts".

Good to have you here at SRP. Judging from guitstik's response I am presuming that your native language is German. I used an online translator so I could understand what he'd said. If German is your native language perhaps this video of how DOVO makes straight razors might be of interest to you.

By the way I've never mastered English so I'm envious of your endeavors. My son took German as a second language in high school and while he caught on to the speaking part very well he couldn't manage the writing part so he changed to Spanish. He needed the credit to graduate and was disappointed that he couldn't get a passing grade in German.

Thanks a lot for the movie! German is not my native language, it's French. But since now 12 years, I live in Germany, and I married a German woman so I have no problem with German's language

I add also this video sorry, it's also in Goethe's language

As I've said, I'm envious of your ability to learn more than one language.

Please keep us up to date on how you're doing with this ancient art. The learning curve can be hard to adjust to but taken one step at a time it will be overcome. It's a long strange trip but well worth the journey. Take your time and if you have any questions please let us know.
