Thanked: 4828Welcome. The new C-Mon I believe is made by Dovo. I had one until recently, and to be honest it was very much like my Dovo. The important part is not only to buy a good brand of razor but also to buy one the has been hand honed and is truly shave ready.

Thanked: 8Agree with RezDog on getting a professionally honed, shave ready razor an a good strop. Nothing is more frustrating than getting a new blade and having a horrible shaving experience (been there, done that). Get a properly honed razor, go slow, and don't worry about getting the perfect shave right off the bat. As your technique improves, so will your results and satisfaction.
