Hello from Ohio
I just recently started using a straight. Today was my 17th straight shave, 2 passes WTG. I finished off the shave ATG with a Gillette Tech.
I have been shaving with double edges for about 2 years. I bought my first DE from Imperial Shave (a Merkur HD) and have been hooked on traditional shaving since.
I got interested in straights after I received a Rolls Razor. I was surprised by how smooth the razor was and started looking at straights. I was lucky enough to purchase a shave ready Landers, Frary & Clark 4/8.
My Setup
Razor : Landers, Frary & Clark 4/8
Strop : Whipped Dog Poor man's Strop
Soap : Cella
I'm really enjoying learning this new skill. I'm taking it slow and letting my skill set build up.
