hello to all
Hi to all, I'm hipsley. Hope you guys can give me some help and advice on all things shaving related. I'm forty five and been shaving since fourteen. I live in gloucestershire with the good lady and brats (sorry ”children”). I collect most things shave related including aftershaves. Thanks for reading and hope to Quiz/annoy you all in the near future.

Welcome to SRP hipsley. A long time shaving indeed. A little info from you if you please. What method of shaving are you using presently? Have you started using a straight, a DE or a shavette? Most importantly, have you availed yourself of the intro material, specifically Lynn's post at the beginning of the beginner's section? And watched any video's associated with shaving? And as far as annoying us, we answer well written questions seeking specific answers to specific problems you, as a shaver, may be having. Among the Mentors and senior members there will be answers covering all sides and facets of your questions. If you are just staring out with a straight I recommend to all new users to take it slow, we are not racing to a finish line. One step at a time. Let us know your present shaving tools and routine and we can go from there.

Welcome to SRP! I am interested to see what kind of shaving goodies you have amassed As far as shaving goes, our good greater Razorfeld has pretty much hit the nail on the head. A good place to start gathering information is Straight Razor Place Library - Straight Razor Place Library. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have, lots of good folks here who are happy to help.
The older I get the more I realize how little I actually know.

Welcome and salutations. The most important thing that you MUST remember because you will be quizzed on it later, PICTURES, WE WANT PICTURES. We require pictures of any and all razors that you currently own or may possibly own in the future except for epiladies, multi bladed electronic razors or any razor that can be currently found in the shaving isle at wallyworld. If you have any questions we have the answers, they may not be what you want to hear or correct for that matter but we have answers aplenty.
