Welcome and yes this is the place to learn and to share your experiences. A Morley "Rattler" was my very first razor and still one of my favorites (in fact it's my avatar). I've had as many as 50 at one time or another, I have around 35 shave sharp right now. I learned to make my own scales here as well as the art of bringing a blade back to life, honing and stropping. Side note, replied to a craigslist ad here in St Louis for straights, and the gentleman who responded restores straights and has them displayed in upscale antique stores and boutiques. We're gonna meet up and talk shop at some point, show me some tips on making scales etc, I'll take some pics of his collection and post them if he's ok with that.
