Thanked: 5Alien,
Zentners Daughter is still kickin. Two of my best friends worked there. When I was there, Angelo State was part of the Texas State University system, but I think they recently went to the Texas Tech system.
We had a lot of good times out at the state park and Lake Nasworthy (aka Lake Nasty Water). OC Fisher lake was pretty much dry while I was there. Used to go four wheeling in the lake bottoms.

sst3wart, That is good to hear. I have often tried to tell people about the hamburgers and steaks that I witnessed as a kid out there. No one believes me about the food looking like it came off of a Flintstone cartoon. I have an 84 year old Aunt that lives where the old Chimney Rock Steak house use to be located. She told me that the water was drying up out there. Those people may end up in a bad way with out water. I am really glad you chimed in to say hello.
