Thread: Hello from Eastern North Carolina

Hey everyone! My name is Will Roden. I've never actually shaved with a straight razor before. I've been shaving with a safety razor for about a year and have been itching to make the jump to straight razors. Just waiting on a few things to come in to restore my first razor. I'm excited to have found this forum and I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can about the straight razor world from you guys! Thanks!

Welcome Will! You are starting a grand adventure indeed... And, you've come to the right place as there is just a ton of information available. Just be sure to take your time as learning to SR Shave and Restoration are both equally challenging so you'll want to balance that so that frustration does not diminish the experience.
