I am new to the site, and new to straight razor shaving. I have found a lot of great information here. Thank you! I am currently using a DE, trying to get up the nerve to try my new straight razor.

You've found the info. There is a bit.
A good move now is find a mentor in your area for some hands on.If you don't care where you are, you are not lost.
