    Default New at this, need a little help

    Hello All,

    I'm new to the razor collecting and was hoping someone could help me identify a razor . It has an anchor as the only marking on the tang and has what appears to be tortuous shell or horn with some ornate carvings. Please see attached and I appreciate you time and consideration.
