    Hello! I would like to introduce myself. I have less than 100 shaves under my belt and I am enjoying learning the art. I went from safety razor to straight razor within a couple of weeks. I have learned alot from this forum and appreciate all the info that everyone has to offer. Glad to be here and look forward to living and learning as much as possible.

    This is where local Meets are set-up, announced and organized. Meets are where you can learn more in a day or two than you can in months of searching/clicking. Great opportunities to meet people face to face, trade info/stories, learn techniques and often Buy/Sell/Trade.

    Rolodave mentioned there are quite a few people in your area so good chance there may be a Meet established.
