I did a pretty good amount of time investigating what I would need to get started. I chose the Hart Razor because it was made in America. Then I had a custom Strop made, and purchased a Badger hair brush. I have certainly learned a lot about the actual shaving, especially a recent trick about cutting against the grain which really made the shave great. Using the Strop was my most recent lesson but man was my shave close after doing this!
I may be mad, but I wake up excited about shaving!
