Hello from Alberta
Attachment 193172
My name is Eric and I was given these by an older friend as a thank you gift. She is 70 and both of these razors where her fathers when they lived in Germany around WWII. I really don't know what I have but the black ERN is a model 17. Thus my entry into cut throat shaving.

Let me be the first to welcome you to SRP from a fellow Albertan, 'eh.
The attachment doesn't work so I am unable to offer any insight into the ERN except to say that I have a dozen and love each and every one.
They are great razors and if you happen to be in the Calgary area I would love to see them up close and personal.S.L.A.M.,.......SHAVE LIKE A MAN!!!

Welcome to the STP. It certainly is a journey with ups and downs; well with the effort however!
Edmonton is a really nice city. I'd like to get back there again.

Hi and welcome. That Lexington is a beautiful looking razor. Start with the Ern they are great shavers and would be a shame to damage such a nice razor with rookie mistakes. Good luck and any questions feel free to ask
My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed
