    Your razor is just fine. The hone wear along the spine is not to worry about. Be careful when restoring this and beware the dreaded Dremel!

    A little metal polish and mild steel wool will clean that blade right up, I'll bet. Don't use it on the blued area though....

    For restoring a blade always start light . You will find out what is going on with some polish. If you start with an abrasive then you will be restoring from that point back to mirror. You can save all the washers but you will need to get some nickel or brass rod for new pins. You can transfer the brass over also but this is very time consuming, tedious work.
    Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

    Hi and welcome. Looks like a good razor to start with for a restore. Maybe check out the stickies in the workshop forum especially the where to how to one. Good luck and any questions feel free to ask
