Hello from Ottawa, Canada.
Hi everyone. Just joined up, and hope this forum will be a useful place to learn about straight razor shaving. I am a total beginner, never once shaved with anything but ordinary store bought safety razors. I became interested in straight razors a little while back and have been hoping to get into it someday soon.

Welcome. There is a lot of information here as well as many friendly and knowledgeable people. You can learn about all the aspects here easily enough and there are a lot of users in your area. You just missed the TO meet.
