Thread: Hello from Pennsylvania

Hey all. I Have been here before with the name "mikeyirish" but due to live selling off to hotmail and the email I HAd is gone....new name.

After a serious health issue requiring a kidney transplant I am 110 percent. Actually feel like 20 years old again. Probably the 20 year old kidney that I have now.

I have been shaving with a double edge since July of last year and have gotten quite good but time to TRY to shave with the babies again. I say try only because the medication I take can produce a slight tremor in the hands. I haven't noticed anything severe and the Doc says if anything at all its minor. Maybe more at the end of the day with fatigue maybe. Good news is I usually shave in the morning unless mamma and I are going on a date lol. And I usually take my time to enjoy the process so, all of it may not be an issue at all.

I am also starting to investigate honing my own razors. I have had a set of 4000/8000 Norton stones in the closet never used and gathering dust. So that's the next project. I have a few razors I found at various places to practice on while I learn. I've also talked to several here and on the facebookers page and look forward to starting. All great info.

Anyway, Hello again. I will send requests out as I see a familiar name and feel free to send me a request as well.
