Just wanted to say Howdy. Got all my straight razor hardware from SRD.Did not want to waste too much time with DE shaving. I am recently retired and thought now would be a good time to pick up a new hobby. Was having problems with lather not being slick enough so I tried making lather with distilled water as recommended by Leisure Guy. Holy roller skates what a difference!
Totally stoked and ready to get my shave on (GFB). Will be concentrating on technique in the foreseeable future, however long that takes, with an eye on honing somewhere down the road.
