Thanked: 0From Russia with love
Good time of the day to everyone! Today is one of the most important and significant day of my life, I have tried to enter the most respected brotherhood of straight razor wet shavers.) Couple days ago I got a package from online shop containing PARFORSE SPECIAL Hugo Koeller Solingen straight razor, today I have tried to shave with it. I didn't know about this great site and so happened that I many priceless bits of advice AFTER I tried shaving. Nevetherless, I did at least one right thing, I wasn't trying to shave my entire face on the day 1 (I must confess, I thought about it))), so I avoided nicks and cuts, but got a little bit of razor burn. Anyway, I loved the procidure, and without any doubts I will continue practicing and training, to become a sesoned and skilled straight razor shaver.) Thanks a lot for this site and outstanding instructions for beginners!)

Welcome Ingens. If you adjust your bio page to show where in Russia you are you could find other members near you that you could have face to face time with. That would speed up your learning process quite a bit.
If English is your second (or so) language you have a fine grasp of it."The sharpening stones from time to time provide officers with gasoline."
