Greenhorn from VA
Greetings!
I have been wet shaving for over 6 weeks, and I started using a straight on Saturday 15 Aug. The razor was given to me by a generous member on another forum, and although after my first shave I wasn't convinced I would enjoy it, I have begun to succumb to its siren song.
I am looking forward to learning as much as I can here, in a forum devoted to this wonderful tool!~Jim West, Desperado, Rough Rider~

Warm welcome. We specialize in siren songs here. You'll see the terms RAD, HAD, etc , referring to XX Acquisition Disorder. Aside from that, 6 yrs later, I still very much love my shaves. 'Sounds like you've found out why.

Welcome aboard to SRP Jim. You will find a lot of great information here by looking in the Library above. Many say start with the Beginners Guide & you can do that or do whichever way you choose but you will find it almost endless. If you are looking for something involving wet shaving, you will most likely find it here or just ask & you will receive many replies. Great to have you here!
Good luck my friend.
