Thanked: 0Hello from Montreal, Canada
I've been using a DE (R41 with Feather blades) for a year now. I shaved 3 times with a straight razor and it's a new experience ! No cuts or nicks but the shave is far from being perfect...
I would like to have a mentor but it might be difficult to find one in Quebec.
Thanks !

Thanked: 3228Welcome to the forum. There are quite a few members from Montreal on the forum so you should not have any trouble getting a mentor. Someone from Montreal should be along shortly.

Thanked: 4828Welcome to the forum. There are quite a few Canadians here and it seems a lot of them are in your neck of the woods. As already pointed out there is a guy in Montreal that does quite a bit of mentoring, and many other members. I doubt anyone would turn you down if you need help. You can post any questions on the forum and there are a ton of people here you can private message also.

Canadians? Where? (The Scooby Doo voice is how I read that in my head)
Welcome,
I'll just +1 to RezDog's post because I'm too lazy to type something that long out. I'll add. You can private message members if you've got questions. Members like RezDog and others with the mentor badge are great people to reach out to. They know there stuff. Not to say other people don't but there is a reason they are mentors. They excel at welcoming new comers and are generally very friendly and helpful.
Good luck.
