Oh yes, I'm sure you subscribed to the channel. I did & it is very informative. After I started out & joined here, I bought the dvd from him but the Youtube video's are great. It's an addicting but good hobby & the best way to shave. I'm old school so I'm just that way. I do have an old Gillette double edge & a single edge for if I am in a hurry. Nothing beats a straight though, not in shaving anyway!

Well I feel I will get there, I have been shaving my neck and jawline for about 3 weeks with great results. My neck has always been a problem for irritation and I have found that sr shaving is the way to go.....maybe its not to late to start at almost 50 LOL

Welcome. I drive through Chattanooga once and a while from Augusta to Nashville. It seems pretty nice.

Welcome Ron. I believe once you have mastered the art, you will find way less irritation with a straight razor. Once in a while I'm in a hurry and I will shave with a shavette then I get ingrown whiskers. Never a been problem with a real straight razor.

I really like the results I have gotten so far. It is a lot better than the desposables I have dreaded using for 35 years
