Hi, this is an awesome site! I am new to the world of straight razors. Been wanting to try this skill for a while now, so I purchased a Dovo Shavette while on business trip to see if I would like it. I love it! I made a rookie mistake and bought a straight razor from an antique store without knowing what I was looking for. I was advised it was not worth restoring, but would be ok to hone, and use. Live and Learn.
