Hi and welcome. If starting to hone check out the YouTube videos by Lynn Abrams and Gssixgun. Can't go wrong following their instructions as long as you can set the bevel properly. Good luck and any questions feel free to ask

has been a lot of shaving lately.often two times a day, trying different tecniks, different stroke directions etc.been som razor burns and sore skin, but had my best shave ever yesterday when trying the hot towel prepp.the sr cut the whiskers like butter, and no soreness.using a Klas Thornblom Eskilstuna sr wich is fantastic. practicing honing on a Dovo, that i had a knife honer to sharpen. it was sharp when i got it but the edge went dull pretty fast.got it to cut hanging hair on a 8k naniwa.waiting for a 12k to finish it. going to bye a 5k too.should have started at 5k since i honed a long time at the 8k to get it sharp.
