Thread: Greetings from Indiana

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening everyone,

My name is Grant and, although I've been lurking on this forum for a while, I figured it was time to become an official member. I've just started straight shaving but have been using a safety razor for a while. Why did I choose to start straight shaving? Because it's one of the manliest things that can be done and I like a challenge. I'm from Grand Rapids, MI, but attend college in Indiana. I'm open to any and all advice that you are wiling to give, and look forward to all that I'll learn while partaking in this new pastime.

Also, I apologize for the incredibly cheesy username. It's my Xbox Live gamertag from my high school days and have kept it ever since.

Hey-hey, Welcome aboard!! Without a specific area where you are having trouble, I don't really have any specific advice to give.

If you need one on one guidance, I'm less than an hour up I-69. There is also a fellow in Portland, and a few in Anderson.

I won't poke fun at an internet handle. Mine started when I made my first e-mail account 17 years ago. It's kinda nice to not get lake effect snow half the year, isn't it? Lol.
