Thread: Newbie

Hi all just a short note to introduce myself.
I have always had an interest in straight razors and have used them sparodicaly in the past. At present I have about a dozen- all awaiting renovating. I look forward to picking peoples brains and gathering info and tips to hep me.

Assuming you are from Durham, NC, there is a pretty active group in the Triangle area. Meeting up with them will help out a lot. I'm sure one of them will be along to welcome you soon as well.

That would quite a trip to meet up with them then. Probably a fun trip, but a little bit on the crazy side.

Hopefully there is someone in your area that can help you out. An hour of in person help is worth days of reading.
