Hello to all deep from the heart of Texas (Killeen home of Ft Hood)
I am very interested in learning this art, so I decided to join this site for information on what and where to buy equipment. I am on a very tight budget since I have a son in college. Any advice will be appreciated.

Welcome from the far edge of North Carolina. All I can add is that I wish I had asked before I bought like you are. I got to shaving nirvana, but wasted a lot of money getting there! Enjoy your journey and your shaves.
Just call me Harold
