My name is Michael and I live in South Arkansas. I decided to stop visiting and jump in to be a part of SRP. The information I have gleamed from SRP forums has been/is so helpful to me, especially in razor selection. As far as straight razor shaving, I am returning after an extended hiatus; thinking as a young adult that I didn’t have time for the straight edge and the safety razor was the way to go, then the multiple blades came along and now I find myself coming to my senses and returning from whence I came. Looking forward to being a part of the SRP community. Seasons Greetings to all.

Thanked: 0Thanks to you all for your warm welcome. I am looking forward to re-learning the art of the straight razor shave and the interchange of experience and knowledge shared by you all. I am hopeful of gaining enough knowledge myself to someday be a help to others, if nothing else of what not to do.
