    Hi everyone,

    I've been browsing the website for a while and set up an account a few minutes ago. First of all, I want to thank you for the wealth of information available here and the very nice community you guys have built. Even as a reader, it's been a pleasure to visit the forums and the Library section. Hats off to you!

    In terms of straight razor experience, I'm happy to say I have none. I'm yet to purchase and try one for the first time (that's the happy part ).
    I've been a DE shaver for a while and slowly but surely the idea of trying a straight has grown on me to the point of making a first purchase.

    I will start a dedicated thread on that, as I have found a razor which seems a bit odd to me in terms of origin and authenticity (but very good otherwise).
