Thanked: 2New from Illinois
Hello fellow wet shavers,
My name is Bradley, I am 30, and I live in the Chicagoland area. I've been wet shaving since I was 15, mainly due to it's favorable results with my terrible skin (acne prone, very sensitive). I continued to use cartdridge razors until 5 years ago, with my purchase of a Merkur "Futur:" that experience sold me on the benefits of scraping my face with a single blade. Ever since that switch, I began considering delving fully into wet shaving with straight razors; well, I finally purchased a Dovo 6/8" and have begun using/practicing with it …*and love it (besides the considerable increase in time it takes over the DE razor).
Beyond just shaving, I'm a new law school graduate that is about to sit for the Bar Exam; I'm a bibliophile who cannot stop buying interesting reads; I'm a news and political junkie; I enjoy virtually all types of music and films; and a novice motorcycle rider of 3 years with a Harley Wide Glide.
P.S. Does anyone know ho to ensure the uploaded photos are not upside down?
P.P.S. Thank you all for the suggestions, and I figured out how to share the gear without looking like I'm hanging upside down like a bat.Last edited by SilverFoxESQ; 02-18-2017 at 10:50 PM.

Posting from an iPhone seems to always be upside down in my experience. I just figured you were hanging out on the ceilingLook sharp and smell nice for the ladies.~~~Benz

Welcome to SRP! You've got some great gear to start off with here. And, so what if straight shaving takes more time as long as it's enjoyable. It's all about priorities really; wake up a few minutes earlier and problem solved.

Welcome to SRP. Jump into some conversation and keep the greasy side down on that wide glide. Curious what year is it? FXDWG is my favorite Harley
