Hello from the panhandle of Texas
Hello to all and thanks for letting me join. My name is David and I'm completely new to straight razors having always used safety razors. I am anxious to learn this old skill and pass it on to my son and grandsons.

Hi David, welcome.
I too came from a DE background. I have not looked back.
Spend some time in the library and beginners sections of this site and you won't go far wrong.
Don't rush into things, take your time and enjoy.Fact: Opinions are not the same as facts... Well, that's my opinion anyway
