Hello Again
I have been inactive for a decade or more and changed email addresses and couldn't remember my login and password. Bummer.
I have been shaving with a straight razor since 1971 give or take a year. 70 years old so memory is dim on the exact time. Bought two razors from a retiring barber, a Solingen Boss 309 & aTrusteel, and am still using both. I eventually replaced the strop with a Illinois Chicago 827. I use a Norton 4000/8000 for honing and green compound on my linen side for final step when I hone.
