    Default easing back in

    Hey Folks,
I began my straight razor journey a while back (15 yrs+/-), and was a dedicated str8 shaver for several years. Moved to using a DE some years later. Always a fan of wet shaving, no matter what the method. I still do a str8 razor shave every couple of months, but my regular shave is with a WWI era DE razor.
Contemplating straight razor shaving again, I think.
I have been a member here for years, just not active recently. Looking to jump back in!

Welcome back! De-Straight both are much better than those multi bladed contraptions that get passed over as 'razors'.

I just took on a local kid aged 24 as an apprentice and so far he's loving the straight!

Welcome back. Str8 shaving is becoming more popular. Saw my barber the other day and he thanked me for getting him involved in str8 shaving because he has added it to his business and his clients love to be shaved in his shop. This has been a great source of extra income for him.
Proper prior planning prevents piss poor performance.
