I just bought this house and I found a k380 and I was wondering if there was anyway I could restore it and use it it missing the end of it and the the piece to tighten the handle up was looking for some advice on how to do so

Missing piece? K380? Not too sure what you got. Post up a pic and we would be happy to help you figure out what needs to be done.
Keep in mind that IF it's a straight razor, it's going to need honing and when learning to shave with a straight, its best to have it honed by a pro. A perfect edge is needed for learning to shave or it could cause you to not want to use it after a few tries.
