Hey from Vancouver Island - new/old member
Not really a new member but the return of an old one. After a 5 or so years of beard and a proper straight shaving hiatus, I decided it was time to go back to clean shaven. We moved about 4 years ago and the shave den was all boxed up and stayed that way until a couple weeks ago.
The straights were in great shape and still had a shave ready one. Off came the beard and thankfully, my head remained attached and nobody was harmed in the first full shave in 5 years.
It's nice to be back to the straight razors. I missed it a lot.
So, uh.. hey everybody! Looking forward to old and new faces.
