Those various angles/spots you cannot quite get now will easily come with experience and those ah-hah moments. Directly under my chin requires a contorted left-hand, scything stroke going directly from the right to left sides of my neck. Took me quit a while to get that area as smooth as the rest of my face.
Another issue I started off with was the bottom of my neck where irritation resulted from neglecting to shallow the blade angle enough.

I use the same attack on my chin, dang hair grows in all different directions from my jaw line down. Beard mapping is your friend. I spent the first year just feeling the direction of my beard growth and using my finger as if it were a straight to work out my angles of attack. I use both hands to shave, made a world of difference for me but not necessary by any means, just the way I do it.
