hi
I just "enlisted" this morning. I hope you all don't mind someone researching a couple of early razors.
I have packed a pocket knife daily, for crowding 60 years now, and can tell if a vintage firearm has been refinished, from across the room, by its color.
I trust the other knife and gun guys will cut me slack on FNG questions. :-)

Welcome Ron. There is considerable expertise, both in terms of practical shaving and maintenance advice as well as historical knowledge to be found in the various fora and by asking questions. The key is to include photographs - there’s an unwritten rule that pretty. much says “if there isn’t a pic, it didn’t happen.”

Hi Ron and welcome. You'll find there is a lot of collective knowledge so you should be able to find what you are looking for either by search or by asking questions.
