Default Hello from Sunderland, England UK

    Hey everyone.

I've just realised ive gone about this the wrong way. Ive been asking questions and being nosey on all the threads without introducing myself. How rude.

Ive been on here for 3 months. In that time I have accrued the following

    5000 + 8000 hones
    Dovo 'Bismark'
Dodgy new no named straight (actually shaves well)
Canvas and Leather strop with yellow paste
Taylors of Old Bond street - Pure badger brush
    Taylors - Sandalwood shaving cream

And just today I have ordered some little extras I am very excited about.
    Col Conks - Almond soap
    Taylors - Sandalwood soap
Truefitt and hill - Luxury soap
3 Glass sugar bowls for the above
    Taylors - Lime shaving cream
    A brush stand
Proraso - Cut healing cream and Aftershave balm

Cant wait for it to come. And cant wait till tomorrow for my next shave. Each shave with my DOVO seems more satisfying and that is a testament to the brilliant advice and tutorship of Lynn and the community he has founded.

Thanks and looking forward to years of learning

    And welcome.

Looks to be a good collection of kit.

Welcome! You'll enjoy this terrific forum - some very serious knowledge abounds.

Sunderland was my grandmother's maiden name! I have yet to go there.

    Cheers,

    Dave
