    Default two months in to this

    So far so good getting more and more comfortable holding and shaving with the straight. Looking to get a second straight in the near future.
    I think it is the whole process of the shave that makes it so good rather than the straight razor its self any coments ?

    The pre and post shave I think have a greater effect than the straight as well. But both added together have a synergistic effect. Welcome to SRP!

    I think your right, i used electric razors for so long that i forgot how close and enjoyable a blade shave can be .The trouble is finding time to do this properly,prep the face etc and careful shaving takes time in a busy world .i switched to shaving in the evening to give myself time.a shave takes me approx 30 mins.
