    Default Beginner introduction.

Hi everyone. Greetings from Pittsburgh PA,originally i'm from Ukraine. I started wet shaving apr. a year ago(always wanted to do that). So i started firstly with DE safety razors and than with SE - such as Gem Junior;1901 Star Kampfe Bros.;1901 Gem Junior Bar. SE got me a little closer to a real thing. You know i think i'm fitting the profile of a straight razor guy - i prefer to listen to the vinyl and vac.tubed equipment is my choice. I bought some interesting razors: Wade & Butcher"The Celebrated Hollow Ground Razor", W&B "Celebrated Fine India Steel Set Ready For Use" -looks like it's an early 1800's,Thomas Turner"The Royal Navy Razor",John & Wm. Ragg"Napoleon",Dubl Duck Special #1,Arsa 91 and some more.Started shaving with Joseph Rogers & Sons Cutlers to Their Majesties(it was shave ready,so i only stropped it) and i was pretty carefull and it took me quite a long time, but i didn't cut myself and i loved it. I'm realy obsessed with straight razors now. Best Regards. Sutcliffer.

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
