    Default Howdy From Kentucky

    50 yo newby to straights. Been shaving everyday since I was 16, started on a safety quickly went to electric, then returned to blades and canned cream. Got a brush and soap/scuttle for Christmas and today was my first experience with a straight, (honed by Lynn, and boy its sharp). Managed to nick myself and didnt' even feel it, that's how sharp. But my cheek is the smoothest its been since a former Barber shaved me once with a straight.
