Thanked: 0Greetings from Boston
Hello everyone.
Im new to the world of straight razors, it recently just caught my attention and it looked like something that i would really enjoy. I love the satisifaction that comes when you really work for it. I build audio fx pedals and it can be a real hassel sometime but the end product is always worth it.
I just wanted to thank everyone that posts their knowledge on these forums, i have been reading and learning non stop since i found this site.
I just bought my first legit razor from the classifides, my norton waterstone and a couple cheap razors to practice my honing.
I look forward to being a member of this page.

Welcome!
It sounds like you are doing your homework, which is great..! That'll really help you on your way and make the transition to straight razors easier.
If you have any questions that you cant find answers to, please ask. Other than that, pull up a chair and make yourself at home..!
Good luck and keep us posted!

Welcome to SRP. The people here are very helpfull and very nice. I was lucky enough to find a person on this site that lived in my town. He has been very helpfull and giving with his time and advice. Lets give a shout out to Commiecat (my straight guru). I hope you get lucky and have some one like that in your town.
